Creating a whimsical birds'-eye view is quite a challenge especially when I need meet the requirements of a client. Steve needed to see the overall layout of the T'ai Li Resort... how various cabins and tent platforms are snugged away in spectacular but private settings. Clear trails were also very important so that guests could find their way between various sites. Kayaking, sailing, swimming, hiking, fishing, yoga retreats and relaxing needed to be there too. Look closely for deer (can you find the sleeping fawn?), eagle, white-sided porpoise, harbour seal and sea lion who inhabit this land and sea. Prints and greeting cards of this image will be available at the resort in and upcoming season.
